If you’re constantly craving something sweet, your diet might be too restrictive, your meals might not be satisfying enough, or you may just have a habit of eating sweets at certain times.
The solution isn’t to cut off sugar completely. It’s to make your diet easier to follow.
Eat satisfying meals with enough protein and fibre. If you enjoy sweets, fit a reasonable portion into your plan instead of treating them as forbidden foods.
Also, notice when your cravings hit. If you crave something sweet after dinner, have a small portion and account for the calories.
You don’t have to give up sugar or sweets to lose fat. Having them in moderation is fine, as long as your overall calorie intake stays under control.
