Exercising regularly but not seeing the number on the scale go down?
Exercise alone doesn’t guarantee weight loss. You can burn calories during workouts and still consume more calories than your body burns throughout the day.
Another common mistake is overestimating how many calories your workout burns. You might also move less during the rest of the day.
Start by looking at your overall food intake and daily activity. Keep exercising consistently, and track your average weight over time instead of judging your progress by daily weigh-ins.
If your weight isn’t trending down after a few weeks, review your food intake and activity before making adjustments.
