Your goal is to lose fat, not just weight. To lose fat, you don’t need to stop eating carbs.
Fat loss comes from maintaining a calorie deficit, not from eliminating carbohydrates from your diet.
Rice, roti, potatoes, fruits, oats, and other carb-rich foods can all fit into a fat-loss diet. The problem is usually how much you’re eating overall, not the fact that you’re eating carbs.
Carbs also provide energy for training and daily activities. Cutting them completely can make your diet harder to follow, especially if you love carbs.
Instead of removing carbs, control your portions and build your meals around protein, vegetables, and carbs.
You can lose fat while eating carbs as long as you’re in a calorie deficit consistently.
